According to the study conducted by GlobalEnglish Corporation, the Philippines was named the world’s best country in business English proficiency, within two consecutive years. GlobalEnglish released an annual report called Business English Index (BEI), the only index that measures business English proficiency in the workplace.

Since Panda update Google has slapped no value websites that were purely a front for what people were selling and not giving any value.
With the change that people bemoaned and complained about it did a lot of good things because the days of rubbish spun content or keywords stuffed articles trying to manipulate the system are now gone as Google penalized the sites and either sand boxed them or put on page 999 where no one had a hope in hell finding.
